Section 1518.3 - Applicability of Clean Indoor Air Act

Notwithstanding section 11(b) of the act of June 13, 2008 (P.L. 182, No. 27) , known as the Clean Indoor Air Act, the provisions ofsection 3(b)(11) of the Clean Indoor Air Act shall apply to all licensed facilities.
