Section 1511 - Declaration of exemption from Federal laws prohibiting slot machines(a) Declaration.--Pursuant to the Gambling Devices Transportation Act (64 Stat. 1134, 15 U.S.C. § 1171 et seq.), the Commonwealth declares that it is exempt from section 2 of that act.(b) Legal shipments.-- All shipments of gambling devices, as defined in section 1 of the Gambling Devices Transportation Act (64 Stat. 1134, 15 U.S.C. § 1171 ), into this Commonwealth, the registering, recording and labeling of which has been effected by the manufacturer and supplier of those devices, in accordance with sections 3 and 4 of the Gambling Devices Transportation Act (64 Stat. 1134, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1173 and 1174 ), shall be deemed legal shipments of gambling devices into this Commonwealth.2004, July 5, P.L. 572, No. 71, § 1, imd. effective.
