Section 6209 - Construction of chapter(a) Liberal construction.--This chapter shall be liberally construed so as best to effectuate the goals and purposes of this chapter.(b) Pari materia.--This chapter shall be construed in pari materia with the Solid Waste Management Act and 75 Pa.C.S. (relating to vehicles). 2002, June 29, P.L. 596, No. 90, § 2, effective in 60 days.
