Section 6206 - Responsibilities of municipal or residual waste processing or disposal facilities(a) General rule.--No municipal or residual waste processing or disposal facility shall accept municipal or residual waste from a waste transportation vehicle without a current authorization sticker issued by the department. Failure to comply with this provision shall result in a penalty assessment of $2,000 against the operator of the processing or disposal facility.(b) Disposition.--All penalty assessments collected under this section shall be paid into the Waste Transportation Safety Account. 2002, June 29, P.L. 596, No. 90, § 2.
