Section 5332 - Informational programs(a) Attendance.--The court may direct the parties to attend informational programs concerning parental duties.(b) Process not delayed.--Subsequent proceedings and the entry of any order or decree shall not be delayed because of the lack of participation in any informational program by one of the parties.(c) Costs.--The court may order a party to pay all or part of the costs of the informational programs under this section.2010, Nov. 23, P.L. 1106, No. 112, §2, effective in 60 days [ 1/24/2011].
