Section 9158.7 - Rules and regulations(a) Attorney General.--The Attorney General, in cooperation with appropriate criminal justice agencies, shall promulgate rules and regulations as necessary to implement this subchapter and establish reasonable fees.(b)Supreme Court.--The Supreme Court shall promulgate rules as necessary to implement this subchapter.Added by P.L.
