Section 8842 - Form of contributionA contribution may consist of:
(1) property transferred to, services performed for or another benefit provided to the limited liability company;(2) an agreement to transfer property to, perform services for or provide another benefit to the company; or(3) any combination of items listed in paragraphs (1) and (2).Added by P.L.
