Section 384 - Rejection of reinstatement(a) Notice of rejection.--If the department rejects an entity's application for reinstatement under section 383 (relating to reinstatement) or fails to reinstate the entity within the time required by section 383(b)(1), the department shall deliver to the entity a notice in record form that explains the reasons for the rejection or failure.(b)Cross reference.--See section 137 (relating to court to pass upon rejection of documents by Department of State).Added by P.L.
