Section 6104 - Electronic transactions(a)Effect on other law.--Nothing in this part shall be construed to supersede the provisions of the act of December 16, 1999 (P.L.971, No.69), known as the Electronic Transactions Act.(b) Department procedures.--The department may establish procedures for electronic transactions under this part, including:(1) the filing of applications and renewals for licenses and registrations;(2) the filing of reports and other required records; and(3) the verification of records and signatures on forms.Added by P.L. 1081 2013 No. 98, § 4, eff. 11/27/2014.
