Section 127A05 - Abatement by owner(a) Duty of owner.--Within 30 days after written notice has been provided pursuant to section 127A04(b)(1) or (2) (relating to prior notice of abatement), the owner shall remove and abate the nuisance.(b) Extension.--The department, upon written application by the owner within the 30-day period referred to in subsection (a), may grant additional time for the owner to effect the abatement of the public nuisance, if the extension is limited to a specific time period.Added by P.L.
