Section 12425 - Bathing, recreational swimming establishments and boat houses and bath houses

To the extent permitted by the act of June 23, 1931 (P.L.899, No.299), known as the Public Bathing Law, council may regulate the time and place of bathing in rivers and other public water in and adjoining the city and may construct, maintain and manage municipal boat houses, bath houses and recreational swimming establishments.
