Section 814.528 - Operation of motor assisted scooter in crosswalk; exception; penalty(1) A person commits the offense of operation of a motor assisted scooter in a crosswalk if the person fails to walk the motor assisted scooter in a crosswalk.(2) This section does not apply to a person with a disability operating a motor assisted scooter in a crosswalk.(3) The offense described in this section, operation of a motor assisted scooter in a crosswalk, is a Class D traffic violation. 2001 c.749 §13; 2007 c. 70, § 346
