Section 807.520 - False swearing to receive license; penalty(1) A person commits the offense of false swearing to receive a driver license if the person makes any false affidavit or knowingly swears or affirms falsely to any matter required to be sworn to or affirmed in the process of applying for, receiving and holding a license or driver permit under the vehicle code.(2) The offense described in this section, false swearing to receive a driver license, is a Class A misdemeanor.
