Section 807.720 - Filing of death records with department

On or before the 15th day of each month, the Director of the Oregon Health Authority shall forward to the Department of Transportation a copy of the death record of any persons within the jurisdiction of the Director of the Oregon Health Authority who died from a motor vehicle accident during the preceding calendar month.
