Section 801.350 - "Motor home."
"Motor home" means a motor vehicle that:
(1) Is reconstructed, permanently altered or originally designed to provide facilities for human habitation; or(2) Has a structure permanently attached to it that would be a camper if the structure was not permanently attached to the motor vehicle.
