Section 801.295 - "Golf cart."
"Golf cart" means a motor vehicle that:
(1) Has not less than three wheels in contact with the ground;(2) Has an unloaded weight less than 1,300 pounds;(3) Is designed to be and is operated at not more than 15 miles per hour; and(4) Is designed to carry golf equipment and not more than two persons, including the driver.
