Section 801.205 - "Commercial bus trailer."
"Commercial bus trailer" means a bus trailer:
(1) That is designed or used for carrying passengers and their personal baggage for compensation.(2) Other than a vehicle commonly known and used as a private passenger vehicle not operated for compensation except in the transportation of students to or from school.
