Section 759.420 - Application of ORS 759.400 to 759.455 to wholesale transactions regulated under federal law

Nothing in ORS 759.400 to 759.455 is intended to affect, alter or in any way modify wholesale transactions regulated by the federal Telecommunications Act of 1996 (Public Law 104-104) as in effect on September 1, 1999, and regulations adopted thereunder.
