Section 743.348 - Certain sales practices prohibited(1) No person selling group life insurance is authorized to sell membership in a common group for the purpose of qualifying an applicant who is an individual for group life insurance.(2) No person selling membership in a common group is authorized to offer group life insurance for the purpose of selling membership in the common group.
