Section 697.524 - Endorsement and deposit of payment instruments A check-cashing business shall:
(1) Endorse in the name of the business all payment instruments for which the business provided money, credit or any other thing of value; and(2) Deposit or present for payment each such payment instrument not later than one business day following the date of the transaction.
