Section 696.315 - Prohibition against licensee permitting nonlicensed individual to engage in activity with or on behalf of licensee; exception(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, a real estate licensee may not knowingly permit a nonlicensed individual to engage in professional real estate activity, with or on behalf of the licensee.(2)(a) A principal real estate broker engaging in the management of rental real estate or a licensed real estate property manager may delegate to a person who is not licensed under this chapter the authority to conduct an activity described in ORS 696.030 (9).
