Section 689.806 - Notice of availability of short-acting opioid antagonist; rules(1) A retail or hospital outpatient pharmacy shall provide written notice in a conspicuous manner that a short-acting opioid antagonist, as defined in ORS 689.800, and the necessary medical supplies to administer the short-acting opioid antagonist are available at the pharmacy.(2) The State Board of Pharmacy may adopt rules to carry out this section.
