Section 684.105 - Discipline procedure; review of board orders(1) Where the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners proposes to refuse to issue a license, or proposes to revoke or suspend a license, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183.(2) Judicial review of orders under subsection (1) of this section shall be in accordance with ORS chapter 183.
