Section 677.518 - Authority to sign reports of death

A physician assistant may complete and sign reports of death. Reports of death signed by a physician assistant shall fulfill all of the laws dealing with reports of death. A physician assistant who prepares a report of death shall comply with all provisions of ORS 432.133.
