Section 650.250 - Injunctive relief or damages; limitation on commencement of action; attorney fees
(1) Any person who is injured in the person's business or property by reason of a violation of ORS 650.200 to 650.250 may sue therefor in any court having jurisdiction in the county where the defendant resides or is found, or any agent resides or is found, or where service may be obtained, for injunctive relief or to recover the damages sustained by the person. Any action brought pursuant to this section shall be commenced within four years after the cause of action accrued. Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, the court may award reasonable attorney fees to the prevailing party in an action under this section.
(2) The court may not award attorney fees to a prevailing defendant under the provisions of subsection (1) of this section if the action under this section is maintained as a class action pursuant to ORCP 32.
