Section 648.990 - Penalties(1) Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is punishable by a civil penalty not exceeding $100.(2) A penalty imposed under this section is in addition to any other penalty which may be imposed by the state or a political subdivision of this state under any other civil or criminal statute.
