Section 646A.200 - Definitions for ORS 646A.202 and 646A.204

As used in ORS 646A.202 and 646A.204:

(1) "Credit card" has the meaning given that term in ORS 646A.212.

(2) "Debit card" has the meaning given "debit instrument" in 15 U.S.C. 1693n.
