Section 634.142 - Private applicator certificate; standards; fee(1) The State Department of Agriculture shall issue or renew a private applicator's certificate if the applicant or certificate holder meets the certification standards established by the department pursuant to ORS 634.306(14).(2) A fee, established by the department, shall be assessed for a private applicator's certificate or renewal thereof.
