Section 607.311 - Taking up estray animal; prohibition(1) A person who finds an estray animal upon the premises of the person or premises of which the person has lawful possession or control may take up the animal.(2) A person may not knowingly take up or retain possession, custody or control of an estray animal without giving the notice required by ORS 607.313. 1953 c.367 §9; 1975 c.65 §3; 2009 c. 336, § 6
