Section 517.967 - Technical review team(1) A technical review team shall be composed of representatives from the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries and each permitting agency and cooperating agency. The technical review team shall:(a) Establish methodology guidelines to be followed in the collection of baseline data;(b) Coordinate with the applicant the use of baseline data collection methodologies as approved by the permitting and cooperating agencies; and(c) Determine whether the mining operation as proposed in the consolidated application complies with ORS 517.956 and any other applicable requirements for a permit listed under ORS 517.971.(2) Each permitting agency and cooperating agency shall designate an appropriate staff member to serve on the technical review team.Amended by 2013 Ch. 371,§ 15, eff. 6/13/2013, op. 1/1/2014.
