Section 517.042 - "Legal subdivision" defined for ORS 517.042 to 517.052

As used in ORS 517.042 to 517.052, unless the context requires otherwise, "legal subdivision" means a subdivision of a state survey or of a United States survey which has been extended over the geographic area to be described.
