Section 475C.497 - Exceptions from applicability of ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525
Except for ORS 475C. 489 and 475C. 493, ORS 475C. 005 to 475C. 525:
(1) Do not apply to the extent a person acts within the scope of and in compliance with the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act; and(2) Do not amend or affect duties, functions and powers of the Oregon Health Authority under the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act.
