Section 475A.425 - Authority to investigate, discipline permit holder(1) Notwithstanding the lapse, suspension or revocation of a permit issued under ORS 475A.483, the Oregon Health Authority may: (a) Proceed with any investigation of, or any action or disciplinary proceeding against, the person who held the permit; or(b) Revise or render void an order suspending or revoking the permit.(2) In cases involving the proposed denial of a permit issued under ORS 475A.483, the applicant may not withdraw the applicant's application.
