Section 468A.115 - Nature of authority

A regional air quality control authority is a body corporate, having perpetual succession and may:

(1) Sue and be sued.

(2) Adopt a seal.

(3) Acquire and hold real and other property necessary or incident to the exercise of its functions and sell or otherwise dispose of such property.
