Section 443.410 - Single license required(1) A license issued by the Department of Human Services is required in order to operate or maintain a residential care facility, residential training facility or residential training home.(2) A license issued by the Oregon Health Authority is required in order to operate or maintain a residential treatment facility or residential treatment home.(3) A facility may not be subject to licensing by both the department and the authority under this section.
