Section 433.423 - Content of rules(1) The Oregon Health Authority shall adopt rules implementing ORS 433.407 to 433.423. Such rules shall include, but need not be limited to: (a) The development of curriculum dealing with the exposure of workers to infectious diseases;(b) Development and conduct of training programs for local health department personnel to prepare them to train workers about the subject of infectious diseases;(c) Information on the manner in which infectious diseases are transmitted; and(d) Guidelines that can assist workers and their employers in distinguishing between conditions in which such workers are or are not at risk with respect to infectious diseases.(2) The rules adopted by the authority shall require that implementation of ORS 433.407 to 433.423 be accomplished in such a manner as to protect the confidentiality of persons with infectious diseases and workers exposed to such persons.1989 c.949 §5; 2009 c. 595, § 673
