ORS § 431A.305

Any toxic household product that is listed in ORS 431A.308 and is manufactured on or after July 1, 1993, and sold in this state, shall include an aversive agent approved by the Poison Prevention Task Force within the product in a concentration so as to render the product unpalatable.
