Section 431A.625 - Oregon Health Authority to establish services and programs(1) The Oregon Health Authority shall establish an acquired immune deficiency syndrome program: (a) To provide education and prevention services to its clients; and(b) To provide education and prevention services to the public.(2) Programs authorized by this section may be operated by the authority directly or under contract with public and private agencies.
