Section 423.500 - Definitions for ORS 423.500 to 423.560

As used in ORS 423.500 to 423.560, unless the context requires otherwise:

(1) "Director" means the Director of the Department of Corrections.

(2) "Department" means the Department of Corrections.

(3) "Plan" means the biennial community corrections plan required by ORS 423.535.
