Section 419C.558 - Duties and authority of guardian A person, agency or institution having guardianship of an adjudicated youth by reason of appointment by the court has the duties and authority of a guardian of the adjudicated youth, including but not limited to the following:
(1) To authorize surgery for the adjudicated youth, but this authority does not prevent the person having legal custody of the adjudicated youth from acting under ORS 419C. 550 (4).(2) To authorize the adjudicated youth to enlist in the Armed Forces of the United States.(3) To consent to the adjudicated youth's marriage.(4) To make other decisions concerning the adjudicated youth of substantial legal significance.(5) To make such reports and to supply such information to the court as the court may from time to time require.Amended by 2021 Ch. 489, § 94, eff. 1/1/2022.1993 c.33 §251; 2003 c. 396, § 127
