Section 418.190 - Centralized child abuse reporting system(1) As used in this section, "abuse reporting hotline" means a statewide toll-free telephone number operated by the Department of Human Services for reporting suspected abuse.(2) The department shall develop and maintain a centralized child abuse reporting system. The system must include the abuse reporting hotline for oral reports of suspected abuse and a website for electronic reports of suspected child abuse.Added by 2023 Ch. 132, § 1 418.190 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 418 or any series therein by legislative action.
