Section 415.012 - Definitions for ORS 415.012 to 415.430
As used in ORS 415.012 to 415.430:
(1) "Coordinated care organization" has the meaning given that term in ORS 414.025.(2) "Medical assistance program" means the Oregon Integrated and Coordinated Health Care Delivery System established in ORS 414.570.
