Section 414.532 - Definitions for ORS 414.534 to 414.538

As used in ORS 414.534 to 414.538:

(1) "Medical assistance" has the meaning given that term in ORS 414.025.
(2) "Provider" has the meaning given that term in ORS 743B.001.
