Section 411.171 - Certain job referrals prohibited; eligibility not conditioned on employment at workplace involved in labor dispute(1) The Department of Human Services may not refer any individual on a job referral that would aid in the filling of a job opening that exists because of a labor dispute.(2) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, neither the department nor any other state agency may require as a condition of eligibility to receive benefits or services provided by the department or agency that an individual apply for or accept employment at any workplace where there is a labor dispute in progress.(3) As used in this section, "labor dispute" has the meaning given that term in ORS 662.010.411.171 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 411 or any series therein by legislative action.
