Section 402.255 - Citation(1) ORS 402.250(1) may be cited as the Pacific Northwest Emergency Management Arrangement.(2) ORS 402.250(2) may be cited as the Regional Emergency Management Advisory Committee Terms of Reference or as Annex A to the Pacific Northwest Emergency Management Arrangement.(3) ORS 402.250(3) may be cited as the Pacific Northwest Emergency Management Arrangement Implementing Procedures or as Annex B to the Pacific Northwest Emergency Management Arrangement.
