Section 341.356 - Election laws applicableExcept as provided in ORS 255.400 to 255.424:
(1) ORS chapter 255 governs the following: (a) The nomination and election of board members.(b) The conduct of district elections.(2) The electors of a community college district may exercise the powers of the initiative and referendum regarding a district measure, in accordance with ORS 255.135 to 255.205.(3) ORS 249.865 to 249.877 govern the recall of board members.Amended by 2019 Ch. 449,§ 27, eff. 9/29/2019, op. 1/1/2020.
