Section 341.665 - Receipt of funds for apprenticeship programs(1) The receiving community college shall be awarded funds from the contracted out-of-district funds allocated to the Office of Community Colleges and Workforce Development if the college operates the program under a contract with an apprenticeship training committee and the contract is approved by the office.(2) A community college district may submit full-time equivalencies generated by apprenticeship programs to the office for reimbursement from the Community College Support Fund for purposes of ORS 341.626 but may not submit for reimbursement those full-time equivalencies generated through contracts under subsection (1) of this section.Amended by 2015 Ch. 366, § 26, eff. 7/1/2015.1979 c.311 §1; 1995 c.67 §30
