Section 334.231 - Employment of classified school employees(1) As used in this section, "classified school employee" includes all employees of an education service district in a position represented by a collective bargaining unit, except those for whom a teaching or administrative license is required as a basis for employment in an education service district.(2) A classified school employee shall have the right to be dismissed, demoted or disciplined only for just cause.Amended by 2024 Ch. 95,§ 47, eff. 4/4/2024.Added by 2023 Ch. 592, § 20
