Section 30.500 - Definitions for ORS 30.500 and 30.505
As used in this section and ORS 30.505:
(1) "Generator" has the meaning given that term in ORS 466.005.(2) "Person" means an individual, corporation, association, firm, partnership, joint stock company or state or local government agency.
