ORS § 293.135
Current through 2024 Regular Session legislation effective April 4, 2024
All warrants issued against any special fund that is a part of the General Fund hereby are made payable out of the General Fund. Such payment shall be made by the State Treasurer to the holders of such warrants upon demand.
